Doña Susana’s way of life, along with thousands of other chinamperos (wetland farmers) and the endemic wild Axolotl species are at risk of disappearing. Our film seeks to highlight and preserve the generational passing of Indigenous farming knowledge told through the voices of Indigenous people to Xochimilco — the Xochimilcas.
